This explains what Implant Intelligence collects and why.

Information collected

Release and product notifications collect your email address. Software requests collect your name, email, LinkedIn profile, what you need, and any optional contact, company, budget, timeline, or link details you provide. Purchases may record your email, order and payment identifiers, amount, and payment status. Card details are handled by Razorpay and do not reach this server.

How it is used

Your information is used to send the updates you requested, review and reply to software requests, fulfil purchases, provide support, prevent abuse, and keep necessary business records. It is not sold.

Where it goes

Records are stored in the application database hosted on Render. Razorpay processes payments when paid products are enabled. Resend receives only the requester name, email, submission time, and a link to the protected admin page so the owner can be notified. Google Sheets monitoring is not in use.

How long it is kept

Software requests are normally kept for up to 12 months unless the conversation is active or you ask for deletion. Notification sign-ups are kept until you ask to be removed. Purchase records may be kept as needed for fulfilment, support, accounting, and legal obligations.

Your choices

You can ask what information is held about you, correct it, unsubscribe, or request deletion by emailing titas.das+i@gmail.com. Some purchase records may need to be retained where required.

Security and changes

Administrative records require authentication, and the site uses HTTPS and request limits. No online service can promise absolute security. This notice may change as the service changes. Last updated 4 September 2026.
